Charleston’s culinary scene is well established, and it’s no surprise that the beverages of the Holy City are equally as impressive. To properly kickoff the launch of our Charleston pop-up store tonight, we have partnered with three local beverage companies who are making serious waves in the Lowcountry and beyond. Here’s a round up of the drinks we will be serving up:

Jack Rudy Cocktail Co.
Founded by Brooks Reitz - who we introduced earlier this week in our
Meet Our Friends interview - Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. produces premium small batch cocktail mixers. Their flagship tonic and recently introduced grenadine are equally phenomenal, sourced from all-natural ingredients, and guaranteed to instantly heighten the flavor profile of any cocktail.

Palmetto Brewing Co.
Dating back to the 1850s, closing with the start of Prohibition, and then relaunching in 1993, Palmetto Brewing Co. is South Carolina's oldest microbrewery. Their beers are distinctively flavorful and the team behind Palmetto continues to create new drafts and refine their classics.

Cannonborough Beverage Co.
Produced by three life long friends, the Cannonborough Beverage Company handcrafts locally sourced, all-natural and seasonally inspired sodas in small batches. We recommend taking a break from traditional run of the mill sodas, and try out their creative portfolio of sodas such as their Spiced Cranberry or Pineapple Sage.
