The Ledbury Cup

The Ledbury team headed to Irvington, Virginia last Friday for a day on the water, sailboat racing, and to compete in the inaugural Ledbury Cup. The prize for the winning team: the coveted 2.5’ Ledbury Cup trophy and a year’s entitlement to bragging rights inside the office. While our day was primarily devoted to sport, we took a bit of time to sit around the lunch table to talk strategy and big picture ideas both internally and externally. We walked away with a handful of ideas which we will begin to implement and roll out in the coming weeks. The weather unfortunately took a turn for the worst, and after an attempt to wait it out, we decided to compete in our second favorite trophy sport – bowling. All in all, we had a great time on the water and at the lanes, and we returned to the office energized and enthusiastic for fall.
