I love the feel and detail of the Brewer Mock Neck sweater I just received! Warm, but not too warm - I had hoped to wear a shirt under it. But, it is really on the small side. I am an easy Medium - always have been - about 39" chest/33" sleeve. But this a trimmer fit than I had expected. I was looking at the beige/brown flannel shirt you are featuring, but there is no way this would go under this sweater. Not sure what your expected measurements are for medium.

This sweater is clearly well made and good quality. I like the feel, even with a short sleeve underneath, but a button-up works as well. The one improvement I would make is a more structured sleeve cuff. It has a tendency to scrunch at the end. If it had a bit more material or was double layered like the Ashton’s this would be a perfect sweater.
